In which countries or states are you available?

We are available in Australia, the United States, and Canada. We deliver to any state within these countries. No matter where you are, we'll have your groceries delivered right to your door.

How fast is the delivery?

The delivery timeline can vary based on your location. It can be as quick as the next day, but generally, orders are delivered within 2-5 business days.

How much is the delivery fee?

The delivery fee depends on the location of the Filipino grocery store you are purchasing from. For example, if the store is based in New York, the delivery fee will be lower if you are also in New York compared to being in Texas. Delivery fees are clearly displayed before you make the payment.

Who handles our orders?

Your orders are handled directly by the Filipino grocery stores where you placed your order. The stores receive notifications whenever an order is placed, and they will pack and courier the items to you.

What happens if I didn't received my orders?

You should receive a tracking number once your order is with the courier. Use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. If you do not receive your order, you can contact the store directly. Their contact details are provided in your order details; simply go to the "My Orders" tab and click on the relevant order. If there is an unresolved dispute, please contact us or reach out on our Facebook and Instagram pages for assistance.

Can I report fraudulent or irresponsive stores?

Yes, please contact us or reach out on our Facebook or Instagram pages, and we will address the issue promptly. We have zero tolerance for fraudulent, unresponsive, or unreliable stores.

Will I get a refund for undelivered products?

If a product is lost or damaged during transit, it is generally covered by the courier's insurance, and you are entitled to make a claim up to a certain amount. If the item was not shipped at all, for instance, if the Filipino store didn't have the product in stock, you can message the store to process a full or partial refund. Their contact details are provided in the order details.

What happens when there is unresolved dispute?

Please contact us or reach out on our Facebook and Instagram pages for assistance. You can report unresolved issues such as missing items, expired products, undelivered orders, or fraudulent stores. We address every report promptly and will keep you updated on the outcome.
