How much is the delivery fee?
The delivery fee depends on the location of the Filipino grocery store you are purchasing from. For example, if the store is based in New York, the delivery fee will be lower if you are also in New York compared to being in Texas. Delivery fees are clearly displayed before you make the payment.
Who handles our orders?
Your orders are handled directly by the Filipino grocery stores where you placed your order. The stores receive notifications whenever an order is placed, and they will pack and courier the items to you.
Can I report fraudulent or irresponsive stores?
Yes, please contact us or reach out on our Facebook or Instagram pages, and we will address the issue promptly. We have zero tolerance for fraudulent, unresponsive, or unreliable stores.
What happens if I didn't received my orders?
You should receive a tracking number once your order is with the courier. Use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. In rare instance that you do not receive your order, you can contact the store directly for a full refund. If this is an unresolved, please contact us or reach out on our Facebook and Instagram pages and we will mediate.

You can sell a wide range of products as long as they are legal. The platform is perfect for online shops, ready made products, catering services, and home cooks.
Is there a limit on the number of products I can sell?
There is no limit. You can list as many products as you like. The more products you post, the better your chances of reaching more customers.
How will I know if a customer places an order?
You will receive an app notification every time a customer places an order. You can also check your orders by going to the Account tab and accessing the Business dashboard.
How quickly will I receive the customer payment?
Payments are generally processed and deposited into your nominated bank account within 2 business days. This timeframe includes the time required for your bank to process and clear the transactions.
